Our Teaching Professionals

Terri Webster

Terri comes to us from the Waldorf School of Orange County, where she spent 20 years teaching Kindergarten. She will lead the 2025 Kindergarten class at SYV Waldorf.

In Terri’s own words, “The Kindergarten year is such a magical time. The children are still so full of wonder and awe, but also ready to soak in the foundations of early academics set before them. There is much for them to discover about the world and about themselves and they are eager to take it up with joy and enthusiasm. For me, it is an honor to help guide them in this important part of their life. To cultivate a love for learning in these formative years is essential to a successful school experience through the grades and beyond.”

Chinyelu Kunz

Chinyelu first experienced Waldorf Education when she joined a Parent Child class with her young son. Waldorf Education resonated with her instantly as an educational approach that she wanted for her children and she wanted to learn more.

Chinyelu went on to earn her Waldorf Early Childhood teaching certificate at Sunbridge Institute after receiving her LifeWays North America training certificate in Child Development.

She spent 16 years at Kimberton Waldorf School where she taught both parent-child and pre-kindergarten classes. [Nothing about Orange County]

Chinyelu was born and mostly raised in Enugu, Nigeria, West Africa. After graduating from high school, she left Nigeria to attend university in the United States, earning a Master’s in Architecture.

She is a proud mother of 3 Waldorf graduates.
